（1）四妙勇安汤加味补骨脂10骨碎补10杜仲10玄参10银花10当归10炙甘草3茯苓10枳实6白术10生苡仁1014剂免煎中药冲服，每日一剂，早晚饭后半小时服用
（2）外洗活血方伸筋草30威灵仙30莪术20三棱20元胡20茜草30络石藤30中草药煎汤泡脚外洗，每次30分钟医嘱：禁服啤酒，海鲜，羊肉，清淡饮食，加强运动2008年8月26日复诊服上方诸症减轻，已经不用拐杖。舌脉同前，加陈皮6g继续服用14剂2008年9月9日患者欣喜告知，诸症平复，尿酸已恢复正常值之内。
